ALL SMILES AT THE BRAEMAR GAMES
IS JOINED BY HER BELOVED CLAN FOR
THE ANNUAL FUN-FILLED GATHERING
THE QUEEN
T
he Queen was on top form last
week attending her favourite
Scottish event with her family by
her side.
Regal in a purple dress and coat
ensemble with matching hat, the
monarch was all smiles at the
annual Braemar Gathering, joined
by the Duke and Duchess of
Rothesay – as the Prince of Wales
and the Duchess of Cornwall are
known north of the border.
Braving the cold air, Prince
Charles wore a traditional kilt,
while Camilla sported a tartan trim
on her vermilion coat.
The Queen, meanwhile, pulled a
check blanket over her knees to
protect against the chill.
Helping make it a real family
affair was eldest grandson Peter
Phillips and his Canadian-born wife
Autumn, who gave a chic nod to
her Scottish hosts in a stylish green
tweed velvet-trimmed Guinea
Relaxed and happy,
the Queen finished
her summer holiday
in traditional style
