AMPK Methods and Protocols

(Rick Simeone) #1
they are heat shock, ribosomal and mitochondria proteins;
proteasome subunits, elongation factors, etc. The collection
of positive interactors obtained after the AMPK-based two-hy-
brid screening should be compared with this list to validate the
possible candidates.
