  1. The plot FSC-H vs. FSC-A is used to discriminate doublets
    from single cells. In this plot, all events falling outside the
    diagonal are considered as a doublet. Doublet cells represent-
    ing less than 5% of total cells can be ignored. If doublet cells
    represent more than 5% of total cells, the formula to calculate
    the number of cells in the population should be adapted as
    follow:
