Chapter 2. Where more than one expert was assessing a taxon, a single synthesised
review was requested. Where monitoring was identified as occurring, experts were
asked whether it was targeted at the species in question. Where monitoring was not
occurring experts were asked if there were discontinued monitoring programs for
the species; discontinued programs were scored and included in the analyses if
they had been discontinued for <12 months.
