For a while now veganism has been enjoying its moment in
the spotlight. More and more people are jumping on the
vegan bandwagon, as it makes its mark on modern,
mainstream meals and more. ‘Vegan’ is the second most
Googled word in Australia and everyone from the WHO to
Hollywood are singing its praises. So naturopath, author and
mum Gemma Davis has created a campaign featuring cheeky
photographs of influential individuals that illustrate how we
can thrive with less meat in our meals. Think social media
influencers, entrepreneurs, bodybuilders, authors and more

  • demonstrating that no matter who you are, you can take
part in the movement too. To keep up to date with

Yet another study is backing us up on what we’ve all surely
discovered in Savasana – yoga is great for combatting stress,
particularly of the work variety. A study conducted by the Journal of
Occupational Medicine analysed data from 13 different trials involving
around 1,300 participants discovered that practicing yoga is a sure-fire
way to combat workplace calamity. Significant mental wellbeing
boosts were reported, and although the researchers noted that
further experiments are needed to link these boosts directly
to the yoga, they did conclude with confidence that

“yoga is a good practice in

the workplace as a means

of reducing stress.”
