sustainablyusingfallenoakfromthe
DaylesfordestatealongwithlocalCotswolds
stone,givingtheLegbarafullysustainable
andlocalfootprint.Taketheroof.It’sbeen
sownwithgrassseedtoaidbiodiversityby
providingextrahabitatforwildlife,andthe
cleverteamtherehaveeveninstalledtwo
beehivestohelpsustainvitalhoneybees.
Naturally,everythingisorganic,fromthefood
tothewine,firmlyplacingwellbeingatthe
centreofthisnewhaunt.
