he Creole Exclusive team is a designated
group of travel experts, specifically assigned
to cater to and meet the needs of VIP and VVIP
clients with utmost care and privacy. From
the moment they are first informed of their
intention to visit our islands, to the moment they arrive
and eventually leave, the Exclusive team is there to ensure
that their expectations are met - or better yet, exceeded.
Creole Exclusive offer luxury travelers privileges that
in brief, include a personal Reservations Agent for hotel
bookings, personal Creole Exclusive representative, fast
track services at the airport, exotic
flower garlands upon arrival, assigned
Creole Exclusive hostess, access to the
Creole Exclusive VIP Airport Lounge,
a selection of Creole authentic gifts and
chauffeur-driven luxury vehicle transfer.
Creole Exclusive has its own separate
branding that distinguishes it from
the main Creole brand, whose iconic
frangipani is white whilst Exclusive’s is
gold, and its transfer vehicles black. The
branded Welcome Pack clients receive comes complete
with a personalised welcome letter, the clients’ respective
itineraries, an excursion brochure, a map of the islands, as
well as a specially presented gift upon departure.
But the elite treatment does not stop there as Creole has
associated itself with preferred local partners - Local Arts
& Crafts and jewellery shops, RTW shops and restaurants
- to offer their clients significant advantages while on a
shopping spree with the Creole Exclusive Gold Card.
The in-house Exclusive reservations team at the Creole
headquarters in Victoria directly liaise with tour operator
partners from all over the world, who represent the
clients in turn. Together, they create an itinerary that is
based on both what the clients want, and what the team
recommends. These extend from the types of hotels they
would prefer to stay in, the modes of transfer they are most
comfortable with and the excursions and tours they want
to experience.
Once the clients are happy with the itinerary, they set
everything in motion. They confirm the
hotel bookings, the transfers and tours.
Most importantly, prior to the arrival date
of the client, a pre-arrival brief about them
and their activities is sent out to all team
members who will be catering to them in
some way or the other. Upon their arrival,
guests are provided with VIP assistance
and fast track service to save them the
hassle of waiting at immigrations.
As soon as visitors step out of the Arrivals
Gate at the Seychelles International Airport, the first thing
they will see is Creole Travel Services’ kiosks. Manned by
their well trained airport staff, they welcome their guests
with warm Creole smiles to the islands. Creole Exclusive
have a separate airport team to cater to VIPs, either to
guide them to their waiting transfers if they are staying
on Mahé, or to the Creole Exclusive VIP Airport Lounge
should they be taking a domestic flight to another island.
