Canadian cities and a bevy of new
attractions, the cities of Fort Worth, Dallas
and Arlington are working together to
encourage visitors to their part of Texas.
Offering many lures perfect for families,
couples and group travel, these western U.S. cities are
ready to saddle up visitors for a memorable holiday.

Where the West begins
Launched in January 2019, Trinity Metro’s TEX
Rail is a direct train link from DFW International
Airport’s Terminal B to downtown Fort Worth,
costing US$2.50 for adults one way and taking
approximately 40 minutes. Several downtown hotels
are offering complimentary shuttle service to and
from the downtown train station, and the compact
city is easy to explore.
“You don’t need a car or a big ol’ horse to explore
Fort Worth,” explained Irene Chase, Tourism Sales
& Marketing Co-Ordinator for Visit Fort Worth. The
city also features Molly the Trolley, a complimentary
shuttle running daily every 10-15 minutes throughout
downtown from 10 a.m.-10 p.m.
New hotels recently opened in Fort Worth include
the Hampton Inn & Suites Hotel (285 rooms), Aloft
Hotel (180 rooms), FairfieldInn & Suites (120 rooms)
and Courtyard Marriott (121 rooms). The city will be
