1 freshlongredchilli,
finelysliced
1 cupbeansprouts
Coriandersprigs,togarnish

1 Preheatovento200°C.Line
alargebakingtraywithbaking

paper.Placetortillawedgeson
trayandspraywitholiveoil.Bake
for 8 minutes,turninghalfway
throughcooking,oruntilgolden
brown.Removefromoven.Cool
ontray(thetortillaswillcrisp).
