bakingtraywithbakingpaper.
2 Beatthepeanutbutter,the
sugar,vanillaextract,eggand
theapplepuréeinabowlwith
electricbeatersfor2–3minutes,
oruntilsmoothandpale.
3 Sifttheflourandbicarbsoda
intothepeanutbuttermixture.
Addtheoatsandyourflavour
variationofchoice(seeoptions
atright)andstirthemixture
untilwellcombined.
4 Rolltablespoonsofthemixture
intoballsandplaceonlinedtray,
about5cmapart.Flattenslightly

withfork.Bakefor10–12minutes,
oruntilgolden.Transfertoawire
racktocoolcompletely.
