Easy to use and simple to set up
The Logitech G923
comes from a long line
of verysimilar wheels.
That’sboth a blessing and a
curse. Theactual tech powering
the G923is a little lackingnextto
newer models, suchas the T2 48 ,
though it’s widely supported in
games and has been fine-tuned
to a high grade.
The Logitech G923 uses a
dual gear-driven system, meaning
it’sa little lessrefined in its
feedback than some.It is very
impressivehow it manages to
transfer relativelyminor
vibrations through the wheel to
give youthe sense of driving on a
real track, however, helped along
by its proprietaryTrueForce
feature. The includedbrakepedal
really requires some stomping to
put to the metal, which is a plus,
and the included carpet grip
system helps keep this set firmly
in place. With a high standard
from wheel to pedal, theG923 is a
real all-rounder. It’sbetter suited
to casual racing games and
throwing around in WRC 10than
some of the others I’ve tried out,
though. The more serious racer
may preferthe T248.
