H

i Everyone at Race Control magazine.
Due to the long gap between events for us in US
F200 I have returned to Australia after my debut
weekend in America, and in USF2000 season opener.
By the time you are reading this however i will be back in the U.S.
getting ready for another double header event and the Indy GP
meeting on the IMS Road Course. Thats at least a track I have driven
so am really looking forward to returning there and then later in the
month of May my first run on an oval at IRP.
As for St Pete I had a very positive weekend, learning plenty
of new things such as driving on a Street Track for the 1st time,
and driving in a much more aggressive style driving. I managed to
qualify on the front row, and take a double podium on debut! Really
wrapped with that and its a great way to kick things off.
Starting 2nd in Race 1, I was hit by an out of control car which
barrel rolled over the top of me! Check out that photo I have
been able to get for you the readers of Race Control magazine.
I somehow managed to keep going with only slight damage and
finish P3 in race (Round) 1.
After starting 5th in race (Round) 2, I dropped down the order to
P7 at the start, however I was able to fight back to 2nd by the end
after another crazy race!
I learnt so much over the weekend, and I really enjoyed all the
new experiences, and I head into Round 3 & 4 at Indianapolis sitting
2nd in the USF2000 Championship.
