TEXAS

The DXC Technology 600 June 8 at 7:30pm
under the lights is the third of the back to back
weekends of racing from Indy to the double
header on the streets at Belle Isle and then back
into Speedway mode and 600 miles under the
lights at Texas. Hmm now who ever said things
weren’t bigger in Texas!! Check this out.
So lets start with the basics if you are thinking of
travelling to this event this summer.
The track. Its 1.5 miles with a width of 58 feet
and the banking well its a big old 20 degrees in
turns 1 and 2 and yep 24 degrees in turns 3 and 4
and tappers off to 5 degrees on the straight aways.
The back stretch run is 1330 feet while the front
stretch taps out at 2250 feet long. As for pitlane
well it can easy hold 35 IndyCars so there is no
shortage of space.
There really is plenty at this event and the fact

its the first night race of the season well it just
makes it even better. The fan is well looked after
at Texas Motor speedway with a range of features
and we will highlight a few for you.

they offer transportation to and from the
parking areas, admission gates, infield, and the
Credentials building. The golf carts are staffed

all race fans, including the elderly and physically
challenged fans and families with children. This
