Rushing Water

So the sounds of a waterfall or heav y
rain are supposed to help me sleep
(‘Wake Up Smarter’, February)?
No, but they do give me a lot of
exercise going back and forth to the
bathroom. And back. And forth.
And back. And forth. Maybe all the
walking is supposed to tire me out.

Starting Young

Although I have just started reading
Reader’s Digest, I have learnt a lot. I
have copies dating as far back as the
1950s from my grandfather. One story
reminded me of the time when I sold
slime to raise money for charity and
it has inspired me to do more to help
others. I think Reader’s Digest is doing
an awesome job and my friends my
age also enjoy reading it.
