  1. APPLEAirPods
    ($229, apple.com/au)
I love that I can be super
    mobile when I’m wearing
    these, and still be productive
while I’m on the phone. Plus
I feel like I’m at a silent disco
    when I listen to music.

  2. NUTRIBULLET
    Balance ($279.99,
    originalnutribullet.com.au)
I try to have one green
    smoothie a day. I think it’s
    the trick to good skin.
    I always have spinach
    leaves, passionfruit yoghurt,
    pineapple, banana, honey
    and coconut water.

DUOLINGO
Whenever I go to a new
country I try to learn little
phrases in the language,
so I use this app. At the
moment I’m also trying
to learn French and
Italian.

PODCASTS
My favourite podcasts
areThe Joe Rogan
Experience, because
he covers so many
interesting subjects with
his guests, and2 Dope
Queens, because it’s
hilarious. I just binged
their HBO specials on
the plane. They’re
a must-watch.

APPLE BOOKS
I recently listened to the
audiobook Tools Of
Titans, by Tim Ferriss. He
interviews successful
people about topics
from productivity and
management, to getting
better quality sleep or
beating jet lag. I also
thought Call Me By
Your Name, by André
Aciman, was amazing.
It’s such a beautiful
movie but the book
really made me fall for
[protagonist] Elio.

SARAH’S
MOST-USED APPS

  1. BELKINBoost Up Special
    Edition Wireless Charging
    Pad ($89.95, apple.com/au)
    With my job, it’s important
    people can communicate
    with me 24/7, so I can’t
    be without this to charge
    all my devices.

  2. PHILIPSSteam&Go
    Handheld Garment Steamer
    ($119, philips.com.au)
    This hand-sized steamer
is so handy for when I’m
    travelling — especially for
    fashion week. I can’t always
    guarantee there’ll be an
    iron where I’m staying, so
    I carry this with me.

  3. NESPRESSOVertuo Plus
    coffee machine ($299,
    nespresso.com/au)
    I use this every day — I can’t
    leave the house without my
caffeine hit. I take my used
coffee pods back to the store
    so they can be recycled.

FILM CAMERAS
I use film cameras, rather
than digital. I take my 35mm
Leica everywhere; it’s the
most convenient camera for
good-quality photos. I just
bought a Nikon Film SLR
from the markets in Paris.
You can change the lenses,
so it’s a good one for
photography nerds.

INFRARED SAUNA
($45 for 45 minutes,
nimbusco.com.au)
I do an infrared sauna
session once a week. There
are so many benefits for your
skin and health. I’m in there
for about half an hour and
I’ll usually read a book or
take my phone in.E
