One of our favourite TV designs in years, Sony’s OLED
screen features a slim front panel, and an angled arm that
holds it up out of the back, like a standing picture frame
(though it can also be wall mounted). The arm has the tech
in, so the front panel is thin as you like, and is all about the
4K HDR picture: there’s no visible structure to get in the
way. Most brilliantly, Sony has turned the entire surface of
the display into a speaker, with a woofer packed into the
back for extra oomph, so it even sounds fantastic, despite
no obvious speakers. With the arm not even visible from
most angles, it will truly drop jaws.
