Founded over one hundred years ago by a committee including eminent chefs Auguste Escoffi er and
Isidore Salmon, we have enviable links and collaboration with the international hospitality industry,
leading chefs associations and principal fi gures from the world of gastronomy devoted to high
quality training and development.
Past masters from the college include Jamie Oliver, Andy Wong, Mark Froydenlund, Selin Kiazim, Ian
Nottage, Sophie Wright, Paul Gayler, Darrel Wilde, Chris Bailey and Geoffrey Smeddle.
