Little Nori’s arrival was a dramatic one.

Following a difficult pregnancy, Kardashian

West, who was suffering pre-eclampsia, was

induced at 34 weeks. After the birth, the new

mum also experienced placenta accreta,

requiring a process she has since described as

“disgusting and painful” to remove the still-

attached placenta from her uterine wall.
