MOSQUITO NATIONAL

CHAMPIONSHIP

With 29 Mosquitoes competing, this was the biggest Mosquito

fleet seen outside of the Southern states in two decades. Lake

Bonney crews Mark Pfennig and Peter Dunk/Kirsten Thomas

won the Mk1 and Mk2 titles, both first time winners. In the

Spinnaker division Gary Maskiell continued to dominate the

class – enough to sit out the last two races nursing a cracked rib.
