Seconde Rétrograde 7097 is

inspired by the “subscription

watches” (sold on subscription-

a down payment of a quarter

of the price on order and

the balance on delivery) of

1796. Th e new model gets
      its name from the retrograde
      seconds hand at 10 o’clock,
      which supplements the
      hours and minutes shown by

Breguet-style open-tipped

hands in blued steel. Cased

in 18-carat white gold, with

a 40mm diametre, it sports

a chapter-ring with Roman

numerals and a movement

with 38 jewels and a 50 hour

power-reserve. Th is timepiece,

water resistant to 3 bars (

metres) comes with a leather

strap and is also available in

18-carat rose gold.

Th is horological masterpiece

comes with a self-winding

chronograph movement with

fl yback function. Th e 3880,

type XXII cased in rose gold,

44mm in diameter and with a

thickness of 18.05 mm, sports

a tempting chocolate brown

dial, with a reference time at

6 o’clock, 24 hour indicator

at 3 o’clock, date at 6 o’clock

and small seconds at 9 o’clock.

With an automatic winding

movement, it fl aunts 43 jewels

and a high frequency of

escapement in silicon (10Hz-

72,000 vibrations per hour)

empowering the movement

with fantastic regulating power,

allowing its chronograph

seconds hand to complete

rotation in just 30 seconds.

Th e model water-resistant to

10 bars (100 metres) comes

integrated with a rose gold

bracelet.
