She sleeps 10 in five cabins.In-build 32.5 metre sloop 3075 has been turned
ready for final assembly in what must have been a
hair-raising ritual for yard staff at Green Marine.
The shell of the carbon performance sloop,
designed by Malcolm McKeon Yacht Design,
was built at the UK yard and required four large
cranes to turn it over. After assembly and curing,the yacht will be shipped to Dutch yard Vitters
for outfitting. The boat was commissioned by
experienced European owners who wanted
to combine racing performance and comfortable
world cruising. French designer Rémi Tessier
will create a lightweight interior and delivery

I draw influences from any
culture I am exposed to.
The weirdest request I’ve
had was a guest who asked
me to cook insects. With a
bit of research, I stir-fried
grasshopper and made
tarantula (it should be frozen,
then the abdomen and hair
removed using a butane
torch) fried in tempura batter.
Delicious with a chilli dip.
My favourite dishes on board
are ones that can be cooked
in the limited working space
of the galley. If I could, I would
like to have a tandoori oven
