Krabi Boat Lagoon (KBL) is the newest marina complex located in
Krabi, which is becoming increasingly popular due to its unique natural
beauty. The marina is a sister property to Phuket Boat Lagoon and
nestled safely in a mangrove forest with sweeping views of the Andaman
Sea. The airport is just 15 minutes by car and the culturally rich Krabi
Town is a 10-minute drive. Beaches, bars, restaurants and fascinating
local markets are easily within reach either by car or boat.
KBL is a full-service marina with haul-out facilities and highly skilled
tradesmen. The meandering and magical mangrove channels, which are
great for fishing, are well marked and maintain a 1.5 metre depth at the
lowest tides. Other features of the property include beautiful low-rise
condominiums for sale or lease overlooking the marina. The recently
completed pool facility has an adjacent children’s pool, as well as a
clubhouse, fitness centre and small library.

Modern facilities are in short supply for sailors and yachtsmen in the
Gulf of Thailand. So for many, the opening of Siam Royal View’s state-
of-the-art facility is the marina that Thailand has been missing on the
eastern seaboard. The Koh Chang marina is the only facility of its class for
a 200km radius and one of only two comparable marinas in Gulf.

Port Takola is an upcoming marina and boatyard in Krabi, about
30 nautical miles across Phuket. When completed, it will feature 260
concrete pontoon berths for yacht ranging from 12-40 metres. An
entrance channel is dredged along a natural creek and it will have 2.5m
depth below LAT connecting to a 4m-deep channel connecting to sea.
The Boatyard will be serviced by a 38-tonne submersible hydraulic
boat lift and it will provide technical services such as yacht repair and
cleaning. Ashore, the Captainerie will be dedicated to ensuring an
enjoyable stay for all marina guests. Port Takola is designed with a
boutique approach and to integrate comfortably with the surrounding
tropical landscape.
