In a limited edition of three, Crystal Marine
combines the artistry of Jan Frydrych, Crystal
Caviar and Thomas Mercer in one very special
marine chronometer. The piece’s complex
geometry yields ever changing views of the
time-keeping precision engineering within.
Plated in rhodium, the Calibre TM0803, fully
visible through the silvered solid brass dial, with
hour ring in royal blue, looks suspended inside
the hand polished glass body as time marches
on. With a diameter of 525mm (20in) and
height of 125mm (5in), Crystal Marine makes
a fitting centerpiece for a superyacht.

TIME CRYSTALLIZED
PLANE FAST
Don’t let her tall
profile fool you. The
MCP 120 concept is
based on a planing
hull and is designed
to reach a top speed of 21 knots with two 1,925hp Caterpillar C32 engines. At just below
11 knots, range should be around 3,500 nautical miles.
Brazilian yard MCP Yachts worked with Dutch designers Vripack to develop a yacht
under 300GT with multiple recreational spaces. In addition to the flybridge is the
Seaview deck, which includes an observation lounge, plus a spa, gym and diving center,
adjacent to the tender garage on the lower deck. The layout has room for five cabins
on main and lower decks, plus a private crew area for eight. mcpyachts.com.br
