assay and in vivo tumorigenic xenograft assay were carried out to identify the CSCs population in esophageal
adenocarcinoma. SP-positive cells showed increased and larger spheres in culture when compared to those
of SP-negative cells. SP-positive cells also produced tumor in xenografted mouse in serial dilutions
