Fruit and Vegetable Quality

(Greg DeLong) #1

CONCLUSIONS

The results presented here show changes of quality attributes with re-
spect to preharvest climatic factors and postharvest storage conditions.
Using this integrated approach across pre- and postharvest periods, a
comprehensive quality evaluation is being developed. Further investi-
gations will be conducted to confirm the correlations found between cli-
matic and storage effects as they relate to overall quality changes in
different horticultural products.
