  1. Put the wh ite chocolate chips into a ceramic
bowl. Either microwave the bowl at 30 second
inter vals, or put the bowl in a pot of water and
star t to boil the water, carefully making sure none
of the water goes into the chocolate.

  2. On ce the chocolate chips are melted, pour a few
drops of orange food colouring into the bowl and
stir to make the chocolate a bright orange colour.

  3. Use a f ork to dip the Oreo biscuits into the
    orange chocolate, covering them completely.

  4. Put the b iscuits on the tray, then place the tray in
the freezer so the chocolate hardens.
    5. Me lt the brown chocolate chips the same way
as the white ones. Using a spoon, transfer the
chocolate into the plastic bag. Make a piping
bag by cutting a small hole in the corner of the
plastic, so you can squeeze out just a little bit of
    chocolate at a time.
    6. Ta ke the biscuits out from the fridge and using
the piping bag, draw lines on each biscuit to
make it look like a basketball.
    7. Put the fi nished biscuits back in the freezer
so the brown chocolate can harden.
    Your basketball biscuits are ready!
