All our transactions, be it related to approval,
finance, education content, courseware, admission
processes, or degrees are all becoming digital.

of Rajasthan, is working according to the true
spirit of Digital India.
Rajasthan skill and Livelihoods Development
Corporation (RsLDC) was established by the
Government of Rajasthan to address the
challenges of unemployment among the youths
of the state. the mission ensures sustainable
employment amongst youth by formulating
appropriate and innovative strategies for the poor

and vulnerable people. In view of the importance

regarding skill development for enhancing

employability of working population, the

government has formulated specific action plans

to provide further impetus to the skill trainings.

What are the most significant

challenges you see in the higher

education domain?

higher education in the state has many challenges:

teaching methods, declining research standards,

unmotivated students, vacant classrooms and

widespread geographic, income, gender, and

ethnic imbalances. Government policies play

a vital role in information and resource sharing

and with the enhanced participation of education

stakeholders, these challenges can easily be

resolved. still several parts of the state are

untouched and out of reach. there is a need to

upgrade higher education system so that the state

gets good colleges and universities and higher

educational institutes get more skilled facilities

and supporting staff. Better education will ensure

good future of students and if students will get

better education facilities in their own state, they

will not migrate to another state.
