ments: automotive; financial ser-
vices; heavy equipment, mining and
energy; agribusiness; infrastructure
and logistics; information technology;

In the property segment, for instance,
Astra has developed an integrated office
and apartment complex, the Menara
Astra and Anandamaya Residences in
Jakarta’s central business district, as well
as residential segments in the eastern
and southern districts. Since its launch
in August 2014, more than 90% of the
Anandamaya Residences have been sold.
The People Road Map emphasizes
the importance of human capital as a
key to sustaining excellent performance
in the organization. As such, develop-
ing its people is an integral part of the


group’s business strategy to achieve its
organizational goals. Astra aspires to

In terms of the Public Contribution Road

Nation.” The group is heavily engaged
in corporate social responsibility (CSR)
initiatives with the objective of improv-
ing the quality of life of the communi-
ties where Astra operates. This includes
providing better healthcare and edu-
cation, shaping efforts to preserve and
protect the environment and empow-
ering communities to improve their
economic welfare.
To achieve these goals, Astra runs a
wide range of programs that encompass
the four pillars of its CSR: Astra untuk
Indonesia Sehat (Healthy Indonesia), Astra
untuk Indonesia Cerdas (Smart Indonesia),
Astra untuk Indonesia Hijau (Green
Indonesia) and Astra untuk Indonesia
Kreatif (Creative Indonesia). Furthermore,
programs such as Kampung Berseri Astra
and SATU Indonesia Awards recognize
Indonesia’s talented youth who have
given back to their communities.
