NUTRITION

tember 2016

This vitamin-packed
smoothie is a great
way to get your
daily dose before
you even walk out
the door. It includes
plenty of high-
energy foods rich
in antioxidants
and protein. Raw
eggs are extremely
healthful but it is
important to use
eggs from a sanitary
source: that
means choosing
free-range organic
eggs from pastured
chickens whenever
possible to avoid
unwanted bacteria.
The yolk of the
egg has the most
vitamins minerals
and good fats.

Ingredients
(makes 600ml)
●2 li ghtly soft-boiled
free rang e eggs (boiled
for about a minute)
●120g greens(spinach
beetroot greens Swiss
chard or kale) choppe d
and li ghtly steamed
●225g frozen berries
of your choice
●Flesh of ½ av ocado
●120ml milk of your

for this dish however
we recommend bone-in

flavour to the cabbage
and stock as well.
