he fifth edition of the Godrej

Properties Golf Challenge, one

of India’s biggest amateur golf

tournaments, came to an exciting

end this January after two months

of intense competition. As per tradition, the

tournament culminated with the International

Finals in Bangkok at the Windmill Golf Club,

where winners from eight of the country’s biggest

golf clubs faced each other to decide who would

take top honours. Mr. Girish Shah, CMO Godrej

Properties said, “I am highly impressed that golf

has become a celebrated sport amongst other

Indian sportspersons in recent times. With the

numbers coming in, I could tell you that golf will

soon become an even more widely appreciated

sport in India.”
