The Finest Of WGS 2017
Another year, another round of excellent dinners by
the World Gourmet Summit (WGS). Celebrating its 21st
anniversary this year, let our wine writer, Tok Yui Shuen
bring you through two of WGS’ finest dinners. The
WGS-NKF charity dinner, raising over SGD$1.1 million
for charity and featuring some of the best chefs in our
island city; as well as the Canadian flavours dinner, which
showcases Canadian cuisine through the artistry of the
dishes created by the one and only Chef Quentin Glabus.
