Ruzaini Hashim, 28, is the amicable and passionate
mixologist that concocts the refreshingly strong
cocktails for anyone who needs a good drink. With
over eight years of experience, Hashim ventured
into this path and was acknowledged for having
tenacity. He was the manager of the Privé Group
for three years. Just as with Chef Oviedo, Hashim
draws inspiration from surroundings and also takes
trips around the world to broaden his horizons.
Habitués of cocktails now have another spot to
hang out at with the first fully air-conditioned
outdoor space in Singapore.
Start off healthy with the Botanico salad, SGD$18
which has cañarejal cheese that is exclusive to
Botanico. Thyme Lemonade, SGD$16 works to
cleanse your palate after each bite. The SGD$20
smoked sardines shows off the skills of the kitchen
as they’re smoked in house. It is paired with
the Blackberry Lychee Mojito, SGD$14 as the
savouriness of the dish and creaminess of the ajo
blanco sauce is elevated with the fruity flavours.
Hokkaido scallops priced at SGD$27 are paired with
the Garage Gin’onic SGD$16 to suit the flavours of
the scallops and samphire. Tropical Fruits, SGD$14
is unique with a combination of laksa leaf ice cream
and white chocolate turmeric ganache. A special
cocktail called Tropical Refresher that is personified
with the addition of turmeric is aromatic and
makes you rethink its suitability and place. The
cocktails are versatile and can be paired according
to your preference. Do head over there, let nature
rejuvenate your senses while savouring unmarred
