Now, Pulpit Rock’s smoked salmon is available for Singaporeans
to get a taste of at Huber’s Butchery! Air-freighted straight from
Norway to ensure the local customers are getting real freshness,
all the way to the processing plant at Fishery Port Road,
Singapore. There, the whole salmon is filleted, cured, smoked
and packaged in Singapore. This means the curing and smoking
process which effect the final taste of the salmon are catered
specifically to the local palate. The salmon is never frozen,
resulting in a higher quality end product. Chefs and customers
alike can opt to either buy the sliced versions or fillets making
it versatile for whatever dinners they have in mind. It can be
served on its own or with the usual array of condiments, filling
you and your family with proteins and vitamins. DD
