IT IS WELL INTO SPRING but the blossoms
this season brings continue to mesmerise,
especially in one of the most beautiful
gardens that epitomises spring – Keukenhof
in the Netherlands. The 68th edition for
Keukenhof sees ‘Dutch Design’ take centre
stage, as Dutch designers are globally
esteemed for their groundbreaking work in
fashion, graphic design, architecture and
furniture design. These designers have
inspired the theme for this season that has
been incorporated into the bulb mosaic, one
of the themed year’s highlights. While tulip
season at Keukenhof is almost over, last
minute visitors can still expect to see millions
of tulip bulbs, daffodils and other bulb
flowers in full bloom and in technicolour.
