t a time of uncertainty with all the issues around
Brexit it’s nice to see that new restaurants and
takeaways are opening across the UK. Even
though we hear that restaurants are closing
across the country the Asian cuisine industry as
a whole is growing!


As the Brits growth in travel is getting wider and far more
frequent the experience is making your customers a lot savvier
and they are recognising the difference between what dishes
are authentic and what are not!


Recently there has been lots of new openings a mixture of
both traditional, street food, modern and luxurious!


Debenhams Oxford Street has just recently unveiled Chi
Kitchen, a Malaysian Laksa Bar, where consumers can taste
traditional flavour and fusions, and what’s more they get to
view the chefs, chopping and sizzling their dish been cooked
with fresh ingredients. As restaurateurs it is nice to try what
others are cooking up, if you would like some Malaysian
cuisine the Tom Yum Laksa (above) is definitely worth a try!


February 2017 was the launch of a brand new dining concept
