EASY TRIPS

For food-loving Singapore, the MICHELIN guide Street Food Festival is a dream come true.
Held at Resorts World Sentosa, the festival is a celebration of culinary specialties showcasing
the exciting and diverse flavours of multi-ethnic Singapore. The event will take place over
two evening sessions across two days at the Coliseum at Resorts World Sentosa and will
feature one-, two- and three-Michelin star and Bib Gourmand establishments at this one-of-a-
kind food festival. This showcase of Singapore’s best includes a star-studded line-up from
the very first selection of MICHELIN guide Singapore 2016. Overnight star Hong Kong Soya
Sauce Chicken Rice & Noodle, Indian restaurant Song of India, Japanese restaurant
Shoukouwa and three-star Joël Robuchon Restaurant are just some of the participating
establishments that will be showcasing their signatures and their modern takes on local
street food favourites at value-for-money prices. Apart from scarfing down some of
Singapore’s best, there’s also ‘live’ music to lighten the mood and a champagne lucky draw
for each session.
