GLUTEN-FREE BERRY BANANA PARFAIT
- Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh mixed berries,
a slice of banana and a sprig of mint,
as shown above. - Serve chilled.
- Finely chop the banana and the
berries separately. - Mix the berries with 50 grams of
yogurt separately. - Combine the remaining yogurt with
the banana and keep aside. - Take a cup or a bowl, and layer it with
a dollop of banana yogurt, then granola,
then strawberry, and nally gooseberry. - Cover with granola and add the raspberry
yogurt. Repeat the layers one more time. - 30 gms chia seed
- 30 gms ax seed
- 30 gms cocoa
- 200 gms Greek yogurt
- 50 gms fresh raspberry
- 50 gms fresh gooseberry
- 50 gms strawberry
- 100 gms banana
- For the granola, mix the chia seed, ax
seed and cocoa in a bowl.
