What tips do you have for ladies new to
women's bikini competitions? I would say that
the biggest thing a person new to bodybuilding
needs to focus on is consistency and posing.
both have been my biggest challenges, don't be
afraid to spend some money on a great posing
coach because you will not regret it.

Who sponsors you? I currently don't have any
sponsors, I would love to be a sponsored athlete
but it just hasn't happened yet. I would love for
Saleyla Bikinis or Slap Nutrition!.

How do you prepare your meals for competi-
tion? I prepare my meals on Sundays and make
enough until Wednesday and then do another
meal prep. There are a lot of people that do the
whole week but I think the food tastes a little off
when I do that.

What cheat food do you like after competi-
tion? I am a sweet food addict so usually after a
competition I go right to some cupcakes or
cookies. I actually at cheese its right after this
last competition too.
