Did you play sports in school? Yes.

If so what sports did you play? I played fast
pitch softball since the age of 8; I was a catch-
er and it was my life. I also competed in shot
& discus for track & field while I was in high
school.

What other talents do you have? I used to be
pretty active in snowboarding and I have done
my own body work on my truck before. I don’t
know if I really have any other big talents, but
I am an independent learner and have a multi-
faceted skill set.

What motivates you to work out? Being in
the gym is my outlet for stress, lifting weights
allows for me to feel sane after a crazy event
or day in general. My main motivation, if not to
be better every day, is to not be average in any
way.

What exercise do you do to stay fit? I body-
build; I train every part of my body at least, if
not twice, a week.

When did you start getting serious about
fitness?
I started getting serious about bodybuilding

during the fall of 2013. It wasn’t until Janu
2014 that I decided to compete.

What is your greatest moment working out?
I cannot single out any great moment. Every
moment I am in the gym pushing myself to be
better and to do better is a step towards being
great in general. It is not a moment, but rather
a goal point – one that I will actually never meet

What's the first thing you do when you go
to the gym? When I get to the gym, I typically
put my belt on and get warmed up with some
active stretching/training.

Do you listen to music when you work out?
I always listen to something whether it is music
or something that just motivates me (speeches,
etc).

What do you listen to, to get you amped up?
That all depends on my mood. Some days it
takes a motivational rant to get my mind right,
while other days I can listen to anything that’s
up beat and makes me happy.
