What do you eat for
nutrition? I eat lean
proteins, complex
carbs, healthy fats and
a lot of green vegeta-
bles. I drink at least
1-2 gallons of water
per day and I take a
multitude of daily
vitamins, and oils to
supplement my diet.
What cheat food do
you eat? When I do
cheat, I prefer gourmet
cookies fresh from a
bakery or a pi zoo ki (a
warm skillet cookie
with ice cream).
How do you prepare
your food for compe-
titions? I prepare my
food for my competi-
tion prep the same
way I do year-round. I
consistently eat 6
meals a day, take my
supplements and drink
1-2 gallons of water.

Deadlifts have been an essential part of my back-day routine. Not
