What do you eat for nutrition? I eat healthy
fats, lean protein, vegetables and a good
amount of carbs.


What cheat food do you eat? I love to eat
good ole Church food. My Church cooks on
some Sundays and this is the best reward.


How do you prepare your food for competi-
tions and what do you eat? All of my food is
prepared fresh. My diet consists of eggs, lean
protein, healthy fats, and vegetables. I eat a
variety of carbs daily.


When did you get your NPC Card? I got my
first NPC card in the summer of 2013.


When did you get your IFBB Pro Card? I
earned my IFBB Pro Card in November 2016.


How much and what type of cardio do you


do? I do minimal cardio and it is mostly HITT
cardio on the Stairmaster and Stationary
Bicycle.

What makes you strong? Being strong is
mostly mental and I have learned this from the
Army.

What is your greatest weakness? In the off-
season and immediately following a show, I do
not reverse diet or even try to stick to a meal
plan. I immediately eat everything in sight.

What tips do you have for people new to
fitness? Do not be afraid to challenge yourself.
The only thing that is going to happen, is that
you’re going to look and feel better.
