Did you play sports in school? Yes, I did.
If so what sports did you play? Track and field.

What other talents do you have? Dancing is another talent
nobody really knows about.

What motivates you to work out? Always been workout freak
so it's like a daily routine for me.

What exercise do you do to stay fit? Squats and cardio for
sure.

When did you start getting
serious about fitness? During
college.

What do you listen to, to get you
amped up? Future and A$ap
Rock y.

How do you prepare your meals
daily? Meal prepping so they are
mostly already prepared.
What do you eat for nutrition?
Chicken, fish, and lots of rice lol.
What cheat food do you eat? A
burger.

Do you use supplements, If so
what type and why? No supple-
ments what so ever!

How much and what type of
cardio do you do? 45 mins on
step master and off day 25 min
running on the treadmill and 25
min on the Bicycle.

What makes you strong?
Knowing that I have goals and
dreams.

What is your great weakness?
Cheat meal. I like to have more
than one cheat meal.

What tips do you have for
people new to fitness? Don't
give up, it will only get harder. But
when you see the results it's all
smooth sailing after.
