From Fig.4.27, we can observe that the increasable amount of Monographs of
DEA-inefficient 985Us is in thefluctuant trend, while that of DEA-inefficient
non-985Us is in a slightlyfluctuant trend. On the indicator of SSCI Articles, the
increasable amounts of 985Us and non-985Us are basically in a growing trend. On
