Author Biographies


Dr Jeana Kriewaldtis a Senior Lecturer in the Melbourne Graduate School of Education,
University of Melbourne. Her research interests include professional learning in initial and
in-service teacher education and the development of clinical reasoning in teachers’practice. She is
currently Senior Leader: Clinical Teaching Practice.


Larissa McLean Daviesis an Associate Professor in Language and Literacy, and Associate Dean,
Teacher Education Research in the Melbourne Graduate School of Education at the University of
Melbourne. Larissa’s current research is concerned with the teacher education effectiveness,
clinical teaching and the role of literature in subject English.
