Dr Suzanne Riceis a Senior Lecturer in the Melbourne Graduate School of Education, University
of Melbourne. Her research interests include clinical models of teacher education, student
engagement and retention, and teacher pathways. She has led the development of the MGSE’s
Master of Clinical Teaching.
Professor Field Rickardshas been Dean of the Melbourne Graduate School of Education since
- He has guided the development of the new clinical Master of Teaching program which
develops graduates with the capabilities to meet the needs of individual learners. His background is
auditory neuroscience, audiology and deaf education.
Dr Daniela Acquarois the Program Coordinator of the Master of Teaching Secondary, MGSE,
The University of Melbourne. As a Senior Lecturer in Teacher Education, her research focuses on
initial teacher education, teacher effectiveness and teachers’lives. She is also interested in teacher
preparation for alternative and global educational settings.
