the season. How did

you make it special?

In Diana Gabaldon’s

book [Voyager,

on which the season

is based] you get

it from Claire’s view.

She comes to the

print shop. It’s in her

point of view. What

I wanted to do when

I wrote episode 6

was to give Jamie’s

POV of the same

moment. I wanted

to give fans the

moment twice.

They’ve been waiting

for it for a long time.

It was nice for me

to be able to go, “All

right, what was

Jamie feeling during

this part of the day?”

OUTLANDER

It’s the scene we’ve all been waiting for: Claire (Caitriona

Balfe) reunites with her 18th-century hubby, Jamie (Sam

Heughan), in his print shop. That sound you’re hearing

now is millions of fans simultaneously shouting, “Finally!”
