Jin Xin asks the Grim Reaper
to erase Taixi’s memory, but
the Grim Reaper isn’t inclined
to help him.
Taixi asks Enzhuo out on a
date. Jin Xin burns with rage.
Meanwhile, the Grim Reaper
is pacing up and down with a
ringing phone, panicking as he
doesn’t know what to say to
Sunny.
Dehua delivers the old
scroll painting of the Queen
back to Jin Xin. The Grim
Reaper looks at the portrait.
His emotions well up and he
cries bitterly.TUE DEC 12
10pm Episode 12
Jin Xin walks Enzhuo home
after she has sung at a
wedding. The event reminds
her of her late mother, and he
hugs her to comfort her.
Suddenly, Jin Xin is
gripped by intense pain in his
chest. Enzhuo reaches for
the sword and starts to pull it
out. He shoves her away, and
she is flung at a truck.
Enzhuo is badly shaken by
the experience. Nonetheless,
she is happy she can touch
the sword; it proves she is
truly his bride.
Meanwhile, Dehua and
Secretary Kim are asked to
deal with the aftermath of
the multiple vehicle collisioncaused by Jin Xin’s act of
saving Enzhuo from the
truck. The Grim Reaper
wipes the memories of
every witness at the scene.
The Grim Reaper
doesn’t understand the
emotional reaction triggered
by the Queen’s portrait. He
asks Jin Xin who the woman
is; he too feels like he knew
her. Jin Xin replies that she
is his younger sister.
Jin Xin walks Enzhuo
to the bus-stop. She
boards the bus and waves
goodbye. Just then, a thief
cycles past, and Jin Xin
sees the future that is
about to unfold before him.
The thief will collide with
oncoming traffic and cause
multiple cars to crash
into the bus Enzhuo is on.
There will be a large number
of casualties. A group of
reapers is already standing
by, waiting to do their duty.WED DEC 13

Jin Xin manages to reverse
the future. All the reapers
are perplexed when the
accident does not happen.
They realise miracles do
happen.
Back at the mansion,
the Grim Reaper accuses
Jin Xin of meddling in
human affairs. Jin Xin is just
as upset: Enzhuo almost
died and the Grim Reaper
didn’t warn him.
Sunny tells the Grim
Reaper her real name
is Jin Shan. Her parents
put particular effort into
deciding on the name, to
ensure a good life for her.
However, she prefers the
name, “Sunny”.
Sunny asks the Grim
Reaper for his real name.
He hesitates, not knowing
how to respond.
At a bookstore, Samshin
appears before Jin Xin and
gives him a warning: He has
to pull out the sword soon,
otherwise Enzhuo will die.
Meanwhile, Enzhuopast when she grabs his hand.
