While making a delivery
to One’s, Zhufeng bumps
into Wancai. It pains Wancai
to see his old father in a
physically demanding job.
They agree not to reveal the
other’s job to the family.
Haixiu receives a box
of food from One’s. On the
box, it’s written that the food
is for low income families.
Incensed, Shimei refuses it,
as Yiyuan is treating them
like beggars.
Wancai tells Xiuzi their
house loan is not fully paid
up and they can’t get another
loan. He reminds her it’s
impossible to be in-laws with
Yiyuan’s parents due to their
different backgrounds. She
doesn’t believe him, and
asserts that she would sell
the house so that Yuzhen
can be the son-in-law of the
chairman of One’s.
Yiyuan reiterates that
she will never break up
with Yuzhen. She hints to
her mother that she has
discovered discrepancies in
the company’s accounts and
warns that she will tell her
father if her mother harasses
Yuzhen again.
Xizhen attends a
gathering of her former
classmates. Upset she is
the only single person, she
goes binge drinking and
forces a kiss on Yuncan.
Yuncan tells Taizhen
he hopes to marry Xizhen.
Taizhen reminds him Xizhen
is three years older than he
is.

Yiyuan is infuriated with
Yuzhen for not telling her
Haixiu is a tenant in his
house. Their relationship
turns sour.
The hospital director
hopes Yuzhen will head the
newly-formed surgical team.

Yiyuan tells Wancai she
wants to transfer him to
a managerial position. He
declines, and jokes that they
should pretend not to know
each other.
Zhufeng gets up early
in the morning to make a
delivery. Suspicious, Rongxin
puts on a disguise and tails
him.
Rongxin loses Zhufeng.
She stumbles upon Shimei,
who agrees to photograph
Zhufeng if she sees him
meeting with anyone.
Wancai receives a call
about a job for extras on the
film set. Zhufeng volunteers
to play a role, and both
father and son complete a
scene together. Wancai is
so excited that he can’t bear
to leave before the filming
wraps up.
Yiyuan recommends that
Haixiu move into a house
for the underprivileged
sponsored by One’s. Haixiu
retorts that she doesn’t have
any reason to accept the
offer.
Yunjing tells Haocai her
mother has bought his house
and hopes he will move out
by the end of the month. He
flares up.
The weather turns
warm, and the children are
not sleeping well. Haixiu
remembers Yiyuan’s offer.
Yiyuan invites the
children to lunch at One’s.
Thrilled, Shimei takes them
all. Yiyuan reveals she hopes
to help them move into an
air-conditioned house with
three rooms.
Unhappy to see the
children, Haixiu chides
them for not informing her
about the lunch. She rejects
Yiyuan’s offer and orders the
children to leave.
When Yuzhen asks what
happened, Yiyuan tells
him that her offer of free
accommodation for the
children was declined by
Haixiu because of her pride.
Haixiu tells Shimei if
they accept the house, theywill forever be indebted and
won’t be able to hold their
heads up again. Shimei runs
off in a huff.
Haixiu shows the children
her bank book, and says she
and Shimei have been saving
up to rent a bigger house.
She will keep working hard to
fulfil their dream.
Taizhen tells Yunjing
about Xizhen and Yuncan’s
relationship. Yunjing wants
him to break them up.
Wancai takes a loan from
Zhengshu and returns the
100 million won to Yiyuan.
He realises her parents will
never accept Yuzhen and the
relationship will ultimately

reminds her mother to return

from the company. Her
mother continues to cajole
her to marry Shengxian.
Yiyuan knows her real motive

One’s.
Yunjing meets with Xizhen
and chastises her for dating
her brother. Xizhen retorts
that it is Yuncan who wants
to date her. They quarrel.
Yiyuan’s mother discovers
Wancai is Yuzhen’s father.
She calls on Yuzhen and
criticises his father for vying
for the managerial post. Only
then does Yuzhen realise
Wancai has been working asa security guard at One’s.
Wancai is tasked to send
Yiyuan’s father home, as his
driver has fallen ill. At this
moment, Yuzhen arrives,
and is ushered into the car.
Yiyuan’s father declares a
marriage will only be blissful
if both parties have the
same background. If Yuzhen
wants to marry his daughter,
he must give everything up,
including his family.
Yiyuan is stunned to
see Wancai driving her
father home. Her mother
takes the opportunity to
suggest Wancai be made
the driver permanently. She
reminds Yiyuan that her
father is mindful of social
status, so before he finds
out about Yuzhen’s father,
Yiyuan should sort out her
relationship with Yuzhen.
Yuzhen is upset Wancai
chose to work at One’s
in spite of the knowledge
that Yiyuan is the daughter
of the chairman. Wancai
questions him, and asks if
he is ashamed of his father
working as a security guard.
He warns that in marrying
Yiyuan, Yuzhen will never
again be able to hold his
head up high. On his part,
as a father, he won’t allow
Yuzhen to abandon his
family, as Yiyuan’s father
suggests.
Wancai tells Xiuzi that
Yiyuan is not suitable for
Yuzhen. He tells her not to
harbour hopes of being the
in-laws of a rich family.
