It’s All Relative

Not that it matters but looks don’t

always run in the family.

Jimmy Lin’s family recently made the news in

Taiwan after it was revealed that the former pop

idol’s eldest brother is a chee cheong fun hawker.

The tabloids went to town with the revelation, even

comparing the brother’s humble income to the earnings

of Jimmy, who also happens to be a very successful

technopreneur. Not very fair, right? And why can’t Jimmy

Lin’s brother sell chee cheong fun?

But now the attention has shifted to the rest of

Jimmy’s clan, namely his other siblings and how

different they all look from one another. It doesn’t help

that Jimmy, who is 43, still looks like he’s in his 20s.

Netizens have even gone as far as to suggest that the

Lins might have different mothers. Yikes. But as these

other celebs will show you, just because you’re related

doesn’t mean you have to look alike, okay?
