These double cream scones are made using a recipe adapted

from UK cookery school, Thyme. We think even the queen

would approve.

“Oh my god, these are so good. I want the

recipe!” We almost blush as we read this

glowing text message from our friend, a recipe

developer and private dining cook. We’ve gifted

her our third batch of scones, baked using

the recipe from Thyme’s Cookery School, but

with tiny tweaks, like the addition of vanilla
